We will discover the historic San Telmo neighborhood through the “fileteado” artwork, enjoying a traditional Buenos Aires breakfast in one of the most popular bars, followed by a fileteado class. The famous fileateado artwork was first developed by European immigrants: this unique Argentine art style is characterized by stylized lines and flowering climbing plants, typically used in a variety of objects and ornaments. After the Argentine breakfast -coffee and croissants-, we will walk through the streets observing various examples of fileteado. Then we will create a souvenir with our own hands, learning hand fileteado techniques from a local artist. A memorable moment!
