WHITE ADVENTURE

We leave from the hotel towards Tierra Mayor Valley. In this great snowy valley, we start the huskie dogsledding expedition; after crossing the valley, we get into the ancient beech forest following an old lumberjack trail until we reach the Refugio del Hachero (small log hut heated by wood). We say goodbye to the Huskies and our guide will help us to put on the snowshoes (without them we wouldn´t be able to walk, since the snow is about one meter deep). Our aim is to reach Alvear Ice waterfall and the lookout over the valley. The way down to the hut is fast and great fun, and once upon arrival we´ll recover energy with a delicious hot chocolate. From the hut, we return to Tierra Mayor Valley walking with snowshoes.
